What is the processing time?      

All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once the items are processed they are shipped via first class mail which usually takes 3-5 business days. Orders received after 3pm EST will not begin processing until the following business day. We are open Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm EST for order processing.  Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes.


Where are you located?

Our studio is located in Orlando, Florida.  Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store. We are based strictly online. 


Do you offer overnight shipping?

Yes, we can ship merchandise overnight for an additional fee.   Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

We currently offer free shipping within the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska.


Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! We currently offer international shipping to 45 countries, including Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and Africa.  Shipping rates and times vary by destination.  The cost of shipping is BEFORE DUTIES & TAXES.   International buyers, please contact us prior to placing your order. Which credit cards to you accept?

Please note that checkout will be in U.S. currency. All payments are processed through Paypal. Paypal accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.   If you do not have an account, we will gladly accept a cashier's check or  U.S. postal money order.  Please submit your request through the contact form.  


What is your return policy?

We are sure you will be satisfied with your purchase from the Griot Marketplace.  We do not accept returns or issue refunds since all our merchandise you see online is handmade to order.  If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly offer you an exchange for a different item of your choice.  We can also issue you a gift certificate in the amount of the item.  For further assistance, please submit your request through the contact form. 


What if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for replacing lost or stolen packages if the shipping carrier can verify the package was delivered to the shipping address specified by the customer.


I lost an earring, can it be replaced or matched?
